When you use our Image to PDF converter, you upload image files to our servers temporarily. These files are processed strictly for the purpose of generating your requested PDF document.

We use the uploaded images solely to create the final PDF. We do not inspect, analyze, or extract any data from your files for marketing, tracking, or data-mining purposes.

Automatic Deletion: All uploaded images and generated PDF files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers shortly after conversion (typically within 1 hour). We do not keep backups of your personal files.

We implement standard industry practices to protect your data during transit and processing. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and you use our service at your own risk.

We provide a free, web-based tool for converting image files into a single PDF document. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties.

You agree NOT to use the service to upload, convert, or distribute any material that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for the content of the files you process using our tool.

IMGintoPDF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or file corruption.
